Back Issue: October 9, 2009 | A table is set with the traditional Rosh Hashana (Jewish New Year) foods of round, sweet challah bread and apples to dip in honey. Hillel, the organization for Jewish life on campus, hosted a dinner on September 18 to celebrate the start of the year 5770. The dinner was attended by about 35 students, faculty, staff, and friends.  |
