 | First year students at Gallaudet who, among other positive traits, stand out for their commitment to academics, motivation, and excellence inside and outside the classroom are nominated each year by First Year Experience (FYE) faculty and academic advisors as being Fantastic First Year Students. This year, 33 students earned this distinction. They were recognized at an April 12 awards program sponsored by the FYE and the Center for Academic Programs and Student Services.
