Bongo-Ondimba, who has a strong interest in disability issues, visited Gallaudet on May 25 for a tour of the campus. Gabon is located in Western Africa, bordering the Atlantic Ocean at the Equator and between the Republic of the Congo and Equatorial Guinea. Gabon's American embassy is paying a full-tuition scholarship to Sylvain Angouono, who is from Gabon and is currently an ELI student.  |
