Dr. Susan Taub, an assistant professor of linguistics, and Peter Trimmer, an Aikido instructor, both black belt holders in Aikido, gave a demonstration of the Japanese from of noncompetitive martial arts in the HMB Atrium on September 24. The Office of Multicultural Student Programs and the Department of Physical Education and Recreation sponsored the activity. Taub teaches Aikido classes fro the campus community on Fridays from 2-3p.m. in the Adaptive Room at the Field House. For more information contact her at x5450.
